Gregory G. Bourque, known to clients as “Greg,” brings extensive experience in driving business growth through strategic, financial, and operational planning. Known for his bold use of strategic innovation, Greg has successfully fueled disruptive business models in consumer-driven sectors while understanding the critical importance of customer engagement.

Greg began his career in the U.S. Army, serving as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and later as an Army Recruiter. After six years of military service, he returned to Richmond, Virginia, where he spent a decade in the private franchise sector. During this time, he specialized in operations management, business development, turning around underperforming locations, and launching new ventures. Greg has since founded and led the expansion of private companies in real estate investment, hospitality, and consumer goods.

As the founder of Tax Plan Advisors, LLC , a Virginia-based accounting firm, Greg provides comprehensive financial services to a wide range of clients. Since 2012, he has worked in both public and private finance, holding leadership roles such as Tax Consultant, Managing Partner, CFO, and CEO. He has also served as CFO, CEO, and Director for several publicly traded companies.

Greg actively contributes to his community, serving as an advisory board member for Chesterfield/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers and for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Enrolled Agents. His academic achievements include a B.A. in Business Administration from Averett University and an M.S. in Accounting from Liberty University.

Greg has been married to his wife, Ninfa, for 19 years, and together they have two sons. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in sports, and exploring Virginia’s rich history and natural beauty. They are active members of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chesterfield, where they value their faith, community, and close relationships with family and friends.
